This cover provided by AXA Insurance in cooperation with INTER PARTNER ASSISTANCE offers you technical assistance emergency services to restore or mitigate a damage that can be caused to your insured house/ business or office, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24/7).

Characteristics - Benefits

We cover the repairs they will need to be made in case of damage that must be promptly dealt with:

  • At the hydraulic installation of the insured house/ business up to the amount of € 60 for each event, with two (2) cases per annual insurance period as a ceiling.
  • At the electrical installations of the insured house/ business up to the amount of € 60 for each event, with two (2) cases per annual insurance period as a ceiling.
  • At the lock of the main entrance of the insured house/ business as a result of loss or key theft or lock disablement or damage up to the amount of € 60 for each event, with two (2) cases per annual insurance period as a ceiling.
  • As a result of breakage of glasses and glass panes following flood, fire and break-in theft, up to the amount of € 60 for each event, with two (2) cases per annual insurance period as a ceiling.


Additional services

It is also possible to use some services necessary in the event of damage, such as:

  • Cleaning service for debris removal up to € 200 annually
  • Guarding service of the insured property by specialized personnel (up to 72 hours)
  • Temporary replacement of TV, video, dvd sets until yours are repaired
  • Transportation of furniture up to the amount of € 300 annually
  • Furniture storage and guarding up to the amount of € 300 annually
  • Hotel expenses for the accommodation of the insured, up to € 45 per person/ day
  • Ambulance expenses
  • Emergency transportation to the insured property if you cannot return (distance more than 200 km from your house)
  • 24-hour emergency information service
  • Specialised technicians are sent to your house for any additional work you wish to implement in your house.
