Thanks to this procedure, the compensation and repair time has been limited to an average of 2 days, once you contact AXA and record the damage.

Direct Repair process is completed in 5 stages:

 

Stage 1

The expert visits the customer's place at the time the customer chooses.

 

Stage 2

The expert immediately assess the damage.

 

Stage 3

At this stage the customer chooses between two possibilities offered by the Service:

  • to call the technical crew himself to repair the damage.

  • AXA to undertake the coordination of the technical companies to complete the repairs (without the need to disbursement of money on the part of the insured).

 

Stage 4

After completion, an inspection is carried out by the expert and the person in charge of the technical company.

       

Stage 5

An agreement is signed for the proper completion of the repairs and the customer is given a guarantee of repair for 2 years.
