Thanks to this procedure, the compensation and repair time has been limited to an average of 2 days, once you contact AXA and record the damage.
Direct Repair process is completed in 5 stages:
The expert visits the customer's place at the time the customer chooses.
The expert immediately assess the damage.
At this stage the customer chooses between two possibilities offered by the Service:
to call the technical crew himself to repair the damage.
AXA to undertake the coordination of the technical companies to complete the repairs (without the need to disbursement of money on the part of the insured).
After completion, an inspection is carried out by the expert and the person in charge of the technical company.
An agreement is signed for the proper completion of the repairs and the customer is given a guarantee of repair for 2 years.
