    Yes, you are

I have sent you the reading report and I have received feedback that I am not entitled to a discount. Why is that?

This is because you do not fulfill some of the conditions (consult answer to question “What are the conditions for me to join the "Pay As You Drive" program?”).

How can I send the dash cam video showing the kilometer records?

The video cannot be sent. Why is that? What are my options?

Most probably there is no Internet connection. You can save it and send it once a network connection is activated.

What is the premium amount to which a discount is applied?

It is the amount you pay for liability covers.

I am 69 years old and already a participant in the program. At the next readings report I will be 70 years old. Would I be eligible to participate in the program?

Yes you would. Provided you fulfill the conditions (see question “What are the conditions for me to join the "Pay As You Drive" program?”) you will be entitled to the discount. After that, your participation in the program will no longer be in effect.

I have mistakenly sent you some readings reports past the set deadline; will these be taken into account?

Readings reports sent past the set deadline cannot be taken into account.

I am already a participant in the program; in the meantime I have bought a new vehicle. Is my participation still in effect?

Yes, provided that you take the steps described below:

    • Send us the final readings report of the previous vehicle that you drove
    • Let us know that you use a different vehicle now
    • Send us the first kilometer readings report for the new vehicle that you use

I am a participant in the program and have changed the vehicle's registration plates (same vehicle - different plates). I have informed you of the new registration number. Is my participation in the program still in effect?

Yes, of course, your participation is still in effect.

What do I need to do to discontinue my participation in the program?

Send us a request by clicking here.

I have changed my email and/or mobile phone number. How can I still be eligible to participate in the program?

Send us a request by clicking here.

I am already an AXA customer and as a loyalty customer I enjoy of a discount on my car insurance policy. Will I be entitled to an additional discount if I participate in the program?

Yes, this discount will be in addition to the existing one.

I have sent a readings report but I have already exceeded the set limit so I am not entitled to a discount. Should I send you the next readings report?

We recommend that you do send it even though you are not entitled to a discount for the specific insurance period. Sending this readings report will ensure your eligibility to participate in the next insurance period, during which you might not exceed the kilometers set limit - thereby ensuring your entitlement.
