I want to log in to MyAXA

Currently, the service is available to the customers in the Motor, Household and SME Insurance Sector. To create a new account please follow the next steps:

  • Open the registration in MyAXA page
  • Complete all required fields
  • Choose the mean to send you a verification code and fill it in the respective field. The verification code can be sent to your mobile your email or by calling our customer service on 801 111 222 333 or on 210 72 68 000

    In case during your application you declared that you would like to receive digital documents the only thing you need to do is to set your personal PIN code here
    omitting the above steps

On sign-in page you fill in:

  • your email,
  • your personal PIN code,
  • select "send SMS with one time passcode",
  • fill in the passcode you received on your mobile
  • select "Sign-in"

If you run into a problem while trying to access your account, please contact the AXA Customer Service Department on: 801 111 222 333 (when calling from a landline at local call rates) or 210 726 8000 (when calling from a landline or mobile telephone).

You can unlock your account by following the "Forgot password" procedure. If you still have a problem after following the steps of the above procedure, please call the AXA Customer Service Department on: 801 111 222 333 (when calling from a landline at local call rates) or 210 726 8000 (when calling from a landline or mobile telephone).

Your Username is the email address you have registered with MyAXA.

After signing in MyAXA, select "Add policy". After seeing the policies already included in your account select "Add" and fill in the AFM and policy number you need to consolidate to your account. Based on the contact details that have been declared on your policy you may need to follow a verification process, as the one described in 'How to register' section

Simply follow the registration process for the policy you need to separate from your existing account

You must state your request in writing to the Customer Service Department. You can state your request in the Contact Form.

Connect to MyAXA, select “Account Management”, then "User Details", then Change e-mail (Username). Type your password and your new e-mail (Username) in the respective fields on MyAXA site. A message will then be automatically sent in your new e-mail address. To complete the change process, you would need to follow the link shown in this message.

Connect to MyAXA, select “Account Management”, then "User Details", then Change mobile phone number. Fill in you new mobile phone number, then follow the instructions. Please be aware that the mobile phone number is used for the retrieval of the password for the ΜyAXA service and is associated with your contact information.

Connect to MyAXA, select “Account Management”,then "User details" then Change password. Type your current password and your new one in the respective fields. Password must contain 4 digits.
